The opening features voyeuristic Alice watching through the Floo and touching herself. Lily is ecstatic (She was bragging about it earlier to Alice) about Harry's adventure in Hogsmeade, but is a bit jealous about it too.
Now, an important question. What should Chapter 4 be?
