I highly prefer fanart! I agree with the sentiments about drawing whatever you're personally passionate about, though. Don't burn out and come to hate drawing. Your Higurashi stuff is the best :)

I'd love to see some of Casi from Ape Escape too sometime! So I'd say I lean towards wanting to see more fanarts, but don't stop doing original works!
