The access method for supporters mode hasn't changed.
To access the supporter's mode, click on the spot shown in the pic below 10 times then once on the other spot. To access the cheat table, enable it from the options and then you will find it in the inventory.

Got it working now. Until I opened the inventory I couldn't see that it kicked in. But now, i bought some items on internet after paying the phone bill, but I don't know how to equip the dress that I got me.
