Page 98 WIPs
Added 2022-08-11 16:24:54 +0000 UTCI think the fun part about making this page is that the blue and red light effect from the siren hit on characters from different angle will show different mood.
But also, drawing less is harder sometimes, like with some hint implying in this page, you'll still know there're a lot of patroller cars and patrollers at front of the building, even though i barely drew them. It's fun. ^^
