He don't use his powers in full despite nothing restrain him He also love have fun ( tickle involved and yourself will have the occasion to "test" him ;p) despite he could escape anyway he want a bit like Jamo than let himself tickled despite we all know he could breack free easily X3... So here I just joked at Cooper for tease him cause I know he can hear me X3... He keep an awesome character with his powers and limits and I like his concept a loooot ^w^!!
