Yeah i did mention about chief Boariza in page 10 if you pay attention but i didn't really imagine how he looks like accurately, just a rough picture. However It's chinese new year of pig, so i felt like to turn this imagination to vision. :P

Birth Date: January 29th 1978
He's not into tickling at all at first.
For a certain reason, he got helped by Benjay for becoming the chief of Flamia City Police Department. In return, he became one of the ticklees and slowly turned into a tickle lover.
Everytime when they needed to interrogate a prisioner, he'd send them to Benjay's mansion for the certain torture with "moral" way.
