2025-12-26 13:22:47 +0000 UTCYeah, it's tough to see how far the visuals and animation fell in this series. Just imagine how great it would have looked if Ufotable, for example, were involved. Sadly, in the eyes of production committees, the purpose of anime is to help sell merchandise - DVDs, Blu-Rays, manga volumes, toys, models, collabs and events, etc. - so it's not surprising that they're willing to cut corners when they don't see a benefit to spending more money. 😭
