I'd like to call him new, but Dispater here's as crusty as they come, one of Asmodeus' original crew that he rolled into Baator with. He thinks he's better than the other archdevils because of it, and he's right.
He's not sure if there're actually legions of assassins out for him, or if that's just his paranoia talking, because he's locked under so many layers of iron and magic that none have ever managed to actually reach him.
We've also got a slate of pit fiends here, with a variant appropriate to use as mooks in an epic-level Nessus adventure (Asmodeus bleeds pit fiends, after all), and two for you general beef-boss devil. Got a rundown in there of the Dark Eight as well, in case you want to pull an existing FR character for your next devil foe.

Some impressive abilities but I feel like 15+ level characters would do alright depending on party comp
