Honestly, you could've watched that OP pretty much from the moment it was introduced as the only thing close to spoilers that it has is showing characters which were all shown by the time we met Nanahoshi in episode 9. However, I would highly recommend skipping the OP for part 2 until at least episode 23 as the next OP definitely has things that would be better that you didn't see.
