yooo prez really blamed rudy for not getting it up saying "what he did to her" common bro. Saying he treated her like shit damn, yeah what he said when he was drunkw as out of line, but shes the one that treated him like shit. Obviously it didnt feel good for her that he didnt get it up, way worse for him tho, what does she do? Insult him.

Neither of them were horrible people in this situation, but both did some unfortunate things. The timing wasn't right, and the communication wasn't there. She wasn't around very long, but I liked Sara's character quite a bit

He takes a bunch of time and just takes her on a nice date, then at the end she brings up the deed, they then start the deed, he can’t get it up, she feels insulted, she calls him awful as she leaves. From his perspective he didn’t mess up. Yes he made her feel bad but he didn’t really, she thought of something that wasn’t in his mind was rude. What he said at the end yes was wrong but it’s just him trying to move on, sadly the easiest way to get over someone is to “demonize” them into someone you didn’t really want. Yes it’s wrong but honestly at 16 if this happened to me I’m sitting in the exact same situation.

I personally really like the ED arc even though it’s way slower. Also tons of stuff gets left out from the LN sadly.

Let's take a look back at episode 2 of this season: When Sara stumbled in the Galgau Ruins, Rudy saved her by grabbing her by the breast. She told him to watch where he's grabbing, and he said he thought he was. Bro did not have a single lewd thought about it and didn't even realize he was grabbing her boob. In the cave after Rudy rescued Sara, he healed her but asked if something was still wrong with her leg afterward. He really felt like something was off. Despite Sara being lightly dressed at the time, no lewd reaction like we'd usually expect from Rudy. Just a thank you for the fact he got a look, which he identifies as "something I think is good" in his brain (a false flag) even if he wasn't feeling it in other ways. Even this episode, before they went to Rudy's room, Sara leaned up against him at the bar. He smiled for a moment before glancing up to the side, thinking what's bothering him about this situation. It's safe to assume he hasn't had a single lewd thought since that morning after Eris left. This is one of the things I love about this show. The hints are all there, but you don't realize they were until after the fact a lot of the time.
