As for Chopper sometimes he seems to forget he has 8 forms to choose from. I can't even remember the last time he used brain point or horn point.

(which will be aired in the 6month hiatus)...they condensed it down by more than half (21 instead of 56 episodes). And Fishman wasn't even the worst.

But to be fair, so did Sanji until he beat up Luffy in WCI, so maybe Chopper will get his time to shine again in the future. I feel like his role in most arcs nowadays is more plot based, though, and focusing on his doctor abilities, like him working with Law in Punk Hazard.
