This show has so much psychology in its characters which very many don't (want to) understand. Paired with the medieval AND isekai setting rubs (too) many the wrong way. Simple, less unhinged, example is the importance of the dance. In medieval times (partly still today) the importance of appearance in social gatherings was through the roof. Especially for heirs. Starting from the moment they are able to attend. A ruined reputation had far reaching consequences. Today we have similar things. Twitter cancel mobs which act by "guilty until proven innocent" have destroyed some careers. Same principle but on a political level. Sry for the rant
