He thinks the girls took his ideas and then got themselves rich off of them. He thinks they are doing their own thing and then sometimes playing around with him in his delusions of being the Eminence in Shadow, not that any of it is REALLY real. Just like how before he didn't really believe Claire when she said she had gained powers, he was just playing along thinking she had gone Chuni.
