That's some incredibly bad luck that Law ran into Vergo, yet also incredibly good luck that the kid with scar escaped. This is the will of D (well Oda :P) at work! What an incredible Flashback Arc. Love Corasan. Love Law even more. So much Lore, love and tears π This is now my favourite flashback of all!

Garp is pure muscles and brute force while Tsuru and Sengoku are more like a tactician and strategist. As per One Piece wiki, The smiley in Heart (Corazon) Pirateβs Jolly Roger is most likely a reference to Donquixote Rosinante, who wanted Law to remember him smiling.
