What an absolute emotional rollercoaster. Laws flashback within the Flashback. Doflamingo's and his real family's... This flashback is already a dozen times better than the ASL one. Pacing, Lore and Character wise. Heck, we got to see a dripped out Senor Pink, Sportacus Lao G (who seemed like he aged like milk now). And of course the D and the talking. PEAK!

They mentioned that Corazon was able to speak before but a traumatic event occurred causing him to become a mute according to Trebol. Doffy also mentioned that he wanted Law to be the next "Corazon". From these information we can infer that Corozon was born able to speak and Corozon had a real name Rosinate/Rosy, "Corozon" was just a code name.

In case it wasn't mentioned, Corazon is just spanish for hearts, as Doffy's top officers have a playing card theme in their codenames (with him himself being the Joker): Corazon=Hearts Trebol=Clubs Pica=Spades Diamante=Diamonds
