I forgot how confusing this show can be if you haven’t read the novels. Just a quick comment since it’s really difficult to figure out in the anime: Climb is actually crazy strong compared to the vast majority of humans. He just happens to always be around the cream of the crop fighters so looks like a goober by comparison. He doesn’t have the talent to be hero status or high adventurer status, but he’s easily stronger than pretty much every castle soldier and guard.

Also, the reason why Nabe (Narberal) was particularly angry about hearing how the Blue Roses beat up poor Entoma (the bug maid) is because both their creators programmed them to act and treat each other as sisters.
