not so much bad, as ainz guild is undead, and his character is anti-villain similar to itachi in other words he's protective of his people (very selective) and if it benefits nazarick its fair game no matter how wicked or evil, with that being said although the most of the floor gaurdians/ area gaurdians/ maids/ and ainz dont need sacrifices there are many in nazarick that do need it and humans/ humanoids (like elves, dwarfs, ect) are on that grocery list. and some humans dont even qualify as food for how weak and dumb they are.
