David productions, who animates this, had it go on hiatus for a week and once it came back the ending theme was heavily censored out of respect. Before you'd see all the nuns engulfed in flames and starting from this episode it shows a black screen with just the fire at the bottom. Truly a heartbreaking event for KyoAni
