Something a lot of people miss is that Ainz tells us the viewers that there were Angels in the game Yiggdisl that could have hurt him. That's why he told Albedo, who's a Tank, to defend him. It just so happens that this specific Angel summoned here was at best a weak Mid Tier Angel. Kind of like how his Death Knight was a weaker Mid Tier Undead.
