So 2 things the anime doesn't do a good job explaining here, that aren't spoilers (because there's a few of those too lol). 1. The reason the Floor Guardians were talking about "pressure" was because Ainz unintentionally activated his passive aura that inflicts the "Fear" status effect. and 2. The reason he reacted to the sky that way was because in the future real world, the whole planet is covered in smog, so you can't see the real sky.

So people need to wear special suits when leaving there homes. Sebas as well as all of the floor guardians are lvl 100 and the battle maids are around 50-60 is my memory serves. Mare is a boy and Aura is a girl, the reason that reason Mare wears "girls clothes" is because he creature likes "Traps" Also Some of the episodes continue after the credits so make sure to check
