For me, the best part of this episode is that when listening to how Leon and Guy are discussing the "Official story" that Rimuru and Gazel made public, I think it is very clear that they aren't buying it. And Leon's theory is spot on to what actually happened. This is contrasted by how Clayman actually believes the story he hears and is therefore in the dark about how strong Rimuru and Veldora are. He considers himself highly intelligent and good at coming up with plans, but we see that others are far smarter than him. That combined with how Guy lets us know that he considers Clayman a "small fry" tells us where he stands in the pecking order of the rest of the demon lords. Pretty much what all this adds up to is Clayman is nowhere near as dangerous as many others in this universe, and we can assume there will be much more difficult opponents to come. This episode introduces the future AFTER this Walpurgis arc VERY well.

As someone who hasnt watched the series when i read this comment. i felt like it was a massive spoiler. I didn't know if the comment came from later on in the manga or te source material or just th anime, but im glad to know it was 100% a spoiler, lesson learned i guess.

The maids are not revealed who they are until later in the story, I forget exactly when, but it is not until sometime after the end of season 2. Nonetheless, people frequently reveal it in comments. That in itself is not much of a spoiler. But it shouldn't be revealed until after we know who Guy is, and that is a spoiler.

Sorry but this is kind of an spoiler as this gets mentioned in the Anime later on when Beretta talks to Guy and mention there who he is. Don't think the maids were revelead but would have been best if you had waited to reveal this after this.

A merchant was also mentioned bringing silk from Tempest to Falmuth, piquing the king's greed.... The dragons aren't brothers and sisters in the biological sense; they don't conventionally reproduce.... Veldora is just about at full strength when it would normally take him some time to recover because of two things: Rimuru gave Veldora a physical body so he didn't have to gradually create one himself; and the Soul Corridor between Rimuru and Veldora gave him a solid foundation for his spirit. You're right, Veldora is hiding his strength by suppressing his aura, and the others are not expecting him to be able to do that..... If Rimuru could undo the seal, it means Rimuru would have to have a powerful Skill on a par with theirs to be able to do that.
