Rimuru: "So you people where behind the Orc Lord." Milim: "It was just a way to pass the time!" Ex-ogres whose entire clan was destroyed, murdered and eaten because of the Orc Lord: "We have no strong feelings about this." ... Gaaaaaaaah!! I know they can't do anything to Milim, but at least give me an eyebrow twitch or something! One of the emotional linchpin of the show is that Shizu was summoned and abused by a demon lord. That gets an entire backstory and sad emotional music. But actual main supporting character who lost their homes and families, their entire civilisation slaughtered before their eyes, they get... what... a cool revenge battle with zero emotional repercutions. Dammit, show! It's okay to be heavy and dark for more than a single frame.
