Reincarnated As A Slime Episode 15

Obviously he can't show it outwardly in the moment, but you just know that King Gazel was laughing his ass off on the inside seeing Rimuru's reaction to the naming of the capitol city of Rimuru, lol

SCP 3887B

This is frankly a horrendous take. The setup to the rest of the world building is Rimuru gaining control over the Jura Forest because it then allows him to interact with the outside kingdoms. As Benimaru said in the meeting, survival of the fittest is the truth for monsters in this world. Rimuru is the strongest and might makes right. Monsters find satisfaction in following the strong, of course they won't have an issue with Rimuru's decisions. Rimuru is a being that was born with two Unique Skills and then named by a True Dragon. Of course he is going to be very strong relative to the other beings in the Jura Forest, where Veldora was considered a god and his mere presence kept everyone in line, even when sealed. Rimuru is not OP at this time and things will not always be easy for him. The world building of this story is what truly elevates this series. I didn't know people could be this impatient. If you are looking for a simple, fast paced, battle shonen where the MC is at a huge disadvantage but then overcomes it with the power of friendship, then this isn't the series for you. But thank you for your incredibly valuable opinion.

lesson for today, always remember, that somewhere a simple orcs build houses and roads, and they are part of society

actually the orcs were actually under some kind of control. the Starved skill from the orc lord causes everyone under him to be able to eat anything but be in constant starvation. theyr were basically forced to eat non stop. which is why you can see from the previous ep when the orc lord dies, the orcs started grabbing their heads like they were just released from mind control

Rimuru: "I know this may upset the lizardmen, who have suffered the most casualties." The former ogres, whose entire race was reduced to six people, very likely to go exitinct: "......" Rimuru: "So I made a deal with the other general I killed. This ends here. Now, everyone, be friends. I want exactly zero animosity. In fact, I do not want potential resentment over very recent genocide or trauma over eating your own friends and family to ever be mentioned after this episode. You are all HAPPY now!! Am I understood?" Lizardman chief: "Err... about that." Benimaru: "Are you about to disagree with the one person in the room who could wipe us all out with a moderate sneeze? No. That's what I thought." ... I mean, I know that this is the best outcome. And it's sweet. But I'm always a bit miffed that everything goes Rimuru's way without even the slightest bit of struggle. Give me some drama, some intrigue! So far, the most threatening a foreign power has been presented is Gazel Dwargo, who doesn't even dislike Rimuru. The other kingdom nearby is represented only by one guy in an office, chatting with a lazy guildmaster. Meanwhile, the "main" antagonists are literal clowns.

As much as I love the fight scenes in this anime the evolution of rimuru’s nation is truly my favorite aspect of this anime. I’m a big sucker for city building and tycoon like games
