It's crazy when you think about the fact that everyone in the world thinks he's locked up and chained, but he's actually still free. He can the roam the spirit world as much as he wants without being held down by the chains his physical body is in.

I imagine the Kuvira situation would be much of the same with the intense loyalty of her followers and hate of the monarchy a la Napoleon. Gotta love history. Fun stuff!
