The recap episode is fun, but kind of a shame. Nickelodeon told them towards the end of production that they were cutting the season 4 budget from 13 to 12 episodes, but still wanted them to do 13 episodes, leaving them with the choice of either firing half the staff or doing a recap episode in place of the Kuvira backstory episode.

Even the Great Divide helped Aang come to terms a little bit with helping people as the Avatar. I think this recap episode is great, I suggest to watch it!

As you know she sees with her feet and the roots in this swamp are supposed to go all over the world so she is able to see entire world and every single person from the swamp just by walking above the roots. Thats really cool
