Episode 116 has a very important scene after the closing credits. Episode 120 also has a very important scene after the credits. Episode 118: you need to watch the beginning where they show the first wizard king fighting the demon. There are going to be more context to it.

I was absolutely devastated, Julius is the greatest King! Also yes his grimoire has been above him in the sky since he first appeared in episode 12, it's just nobody noticed.
