Avatar Book 3 Episode 8

Crazy old ladies what's new

Comments

They really set that up perfectly in the swamp episode. The guy who was bending the vines basically did nothing other than blood-bending. This episode expands the world a lot. Only here do the frightening possibilities become apparent that you have when you use your imagination. And in Hama's case, her technique is so horrifying, repulsive and vile that it would have certainly given me nightmares if I had watched the series as a child

I hope it performs well and you like it, because sooo much good stuff happens in this show, all seasons of it! If you don’t end up reacting to it for us; I definitely suggest to do it on the side at least then.

Plan right now is to watch it after ATLA and just see how it performs/how we like it

Such a cool episode, I’ve been waiting for this! You’ve probably already said this, but are you going to do Korra? Are you? Are you are you are you? :) I only ask because it’s super good MOSTLY. It can’t compare IMO to this masterpiece of a show, but I don’t think anything really can. Still totally worth a watch, lots of great stuff!

Yeah that sounds about right lmao

i like how at around 21min instead of redirecting the water, katara stands her ground, kinda like what earth benders do

soon the second half of the last seasons begins hype time hype time!!

Katara and Sokkas' parents weren't born 60 years ago. If anything the other girl was probably their grandmother

Air sub bending i dont think is explored until Korra

Jayshawn Robinson
