Saul was also a vice admiral and Aokiji was in Robins flashback

Sakazuki and Kuzan were vice admirals during the Ohara flashback, then they started being called Akainu and Aokiji after becoming Admirals. Not gonna mention Kizaru's case here to avoid spoiling.

During the Ohara flashback, I don't think they called him Akainu, just Sakazuki. Same way Aokiji was just called Kuzan.

2023-04-26 19:36:12 +0000 UTCWhen you wondered if the other admirals were mentioned yet: I don't think Kizaru's name came up yet, but Akainu got mentioned back during the Ohara flashback (he's the one that gave the order to blow up the refugee ship, so he was there with Aokiji). I don't think many people catch that on a first watch though anyway, it's been quite a while and you don't really see him, he's just mentioned as having ordered it.
