Its a filler episode about Chopper being a superman like figure his name is Chopperman（thats why he has a cape for a brief second here and in the endings during EnisLobby he was flying wearing the cape like a supermanXD) and Luffy in this filler episode is a giant robot who calls himself Luffybombers. Also Usopp is the villain in this filler episode and Robin is the assistant. Very funny filler episode.
