It's the people who fell victims of night city with all it's rotten to the core nature, where some just live to protect what they love, and so many fail. Truly a masterpiece, got emotional like two or three times watching these episodes

2022-10-22 13:51:25 +0000 UTC55:25 the stutters/ repetitiveness in their speech is to basically show that they don't have a steady connection. Think of it like how you lag in a video game and you take two steps back or rubberband around the map until your connection with the servers is steady. A nice creative choice. Also easier for people to identify that our characters are communicating electronically and not in person.
