The way you guys "Predict" things make it so obvious that you have seen it before. Ex: the snake hitting the giant jack is such a tiny detail you can't possibly predict. Regardless of it still enjoy the reactions.

Man, Luffy ringing the bell is my absolute favourite moment in all of one piece. Just pure art.

I remembered back in the day, when the bell rang, it was the longest goosebump I got. It hit me hard with the emotion. And with the epic Noland backstory, Skypiea arc was one of my favourite arc.

"Does that mean no one actually dies???" So uhhh. Now that we've witnessed Pell and Conis' dad. Wonder if this is finally the right time to tell you guys the bad news. About a lot of the deaths in One Piece....
(unless they happen in a backstory. people drop like flies in the backstories)
Anyways, you also mentioned a priest surviving. At least one of them did. Gendatsu, the guy who didn't know how to cross his arms and who sank into the clouds. In another cover story (that also didnt get animated...) he fell all the way back to the blue sea, met a guy who was digging some holes in the ground to build a bath house, helped the guy with some minor problems, and I guess is now a partial owner of a bath house. (not that he was that important of a character)

That's insane how they never animated this!

About the Shandians' wings, they had them on the blue sea too. The reason is : in the manga chapter covers story showing Enel's travel to the moon, he actually discovers there the ruins of an ancient civilization, Birka. Turns out the people who lived on the moon, and had wings, were the ancestors of Shandorians, Skypieans and Birkans (Enel's people, who apparently kept the name of their ancestors). They left the moon because of a lack of ressources and while most of them settled in the skies, a part went to the blue sea and became the Shandorians (who later became Shandians). So their shared ancestry is the reason behind their wings. A shame the anime never adapted that, it's fun to have Enel as a protagonist in this story for a change.
