i mean i agree that Skypeia is very slow but i promise , the story of this arc is actually good, just need a lot of patience.

2022-09-19 12:49:56 +0000 UTCIt's funny how so many people say Skypiea feels slow to them, but I felt that way with Alabasta but didn't with Skypiea... I guess it's because I just enjoyed this arc way more, with the tight comedy and single-location unlike Alabasta which consisted of Whisky Peaks, Little Garden, AND a bunch of towns and sand travel of Alabasta. It also has one of my favorite Chopper + Sanji interaction that was in episode 157, with how Chopper went to Sanji for protection during Nami's rage, and the gentle hand of comfort he set on Chopper's hat~ X3 Too precious for my heart~!

But I already really enjoyed when it was first aired (maybe I was weird? haha). The comedy was top torch. And I can advice, take time to appreciate the jokes, the comedy was really hilarious and enjoyable and it was how the characters grow in the hearts. Take time to appreciate the details and intel, you won't regret to enjoy the details as everything tie in the story. I can say, the real One Piece story start here.

Also, it's funny but I kind of miss the silliness of just the crew hanging out cuz the 2nd half of the show though still has silly moments is very go go go with the crew breaks up a lot. but that's just me! loving the reactions though!
