I feel like, in regards to the people on Tsukasa's side, he's been preaching about wanting to revive only the "youth". That doesn't necessarily mean only young teens and kids. Gen was nineteen when Tsukasa revived him. So I think all those muscle guys on his side are like, probably in their twenties or something? Also, I think it's suppose to be implied that Gen is still speaking English when he's posing as Lilian and Senku is "translating". It was probably too awkward to have the voice actress speak all her lines in English. And can we just appreciate Senku, a Japanese person pretending to be an American attempting to speak Japanese?
