How I see it is that since Shinichi is split between his human self and his parasite half, there are two love interests, both attracted to one half of him. Kana is attracted to the emotionless, "F-boy" Shinichi and can literally sense that side of him. While Murano has known him longer and is attracted to his human side, or the actual Shinichi. Which she can also "sense" that side of him in a way, which she fully put out there at the end of this episode when confronting him on why he has been acting differently.
