Community Announcement: Streaming
Added 2024-05-31 01:13:05 +0000 UTCI'm really wanting to stream more to hang out with people and engage more. Plus I hope that some people are interested in my workflow and getting a look behind the scenes.
But the world of 3D does present some complications that aren't really present for 2D art.The biggest one being that I'm often working across 2 or 3 monitors which presents a unique challenge for streaming since either all three monitors are visible all the time making the stream view tiny and hard to see. or I need to come up with a way that auto switches between the monitors that are being streamed...
The second issue is that in my constant fight with ADHD I basically work when I feel up to working, when ever that is and I don't deal super well with schedules, heck I can barely hold a consistent sleep schedule
The third issue is just that I worry that it would be more boring to watch than a normal drawing stream. 3D often has a lot of down time or just a lot of fiddly moments where I'm going back and forth between tuning node setups or subtly fixing topology. It tends to be a lot of uninteresting lows with a few bursts of major work and rendering. and considerable down time while I wait for things to compile.
