Well, I feel like you folks should probably know if you haven't heard by now, but I've been in talks with a Bay Area company, TechStyles, to potentially start working with them in a Creative position with Illustrator to help design and produce souvenirs and clothing for shops around the country. I have been interviewed twice now and received an art test today, which I completed within an hour with positive feedback and clarification.

I will likely hear back from TechStyles if I've been selected for the position within the next couple of days, and I'm expecting around $30/hr from this position as well, so... if I >do< get the job, which is still a big IF... then I will have to postpone all Emerald Scale redemptions/purchases and remove the tier from my Patreon.

I would of course keep track of how many tokens are still out there and begin chipping them down as my weekends would allow, but it would be a full time position handling orders and creating Illustrator files for presentation to clients, with the potential for designing new ideas every few months with potential royalties for chosen designs... so I believe this would be a VERY positive step for my career.

It all comes down to the decision of their Art Department lead and the folks I spoke with. I am highly confident at this point (~85%) certain that I'll be chosen, but... I've been narrowed down to the final three before and been cut. I won't peg my hopes on this and we shall see what happens in the coming days.
