Incoming New Tier ideas and feedback!

Hello! So, my current plans are to either A: Redesign the tiers again, or B: Add a new tier to the current ones. These plans are based on an idea I'd like to introduce, Emerald Scales.

For every $20 you pledge per month on Patreon, you will earn 1 Emerald Scale. These are essentially worth $25 in commission credit for anything that I would create. My goal is to work at minimum 20 hours per week on Commissions through this system, and another 20 hours learning how to use Unity for potential career opportunities in Game Development.

The goal is to have $1500 a month in "work" to effectively pay for my rent in the forseeable future. Currently, I have other income to handle this, but it would be a major confidence boost and "level up" feeling if I were able to translate my art into a viable "career" by earning enough money every month to pay for my rent, so we shall see how that will work.

My current best guess for how the system will look:

$1: Micro Tier - Unchanged

$5: Normie Tier - Vote on the month's sketches to see one taken to completion.

$10: Macro Tier - Earn a half ES each month.

$20: Mega Tier - Emerald Scale credit system. (20% discount). If you elect to spend $40/mo, you get 2 ES to apply towards commissions. $60/mo for 3 ES, etc. Patrons will be the first selected during each commission selection section.

$100: Giga Tier - 1 Bonus (6 total monthly) Emerald Scale.

$250: Tera Tier - 3 Bonus (15 monthly) Emerald Scale. Priority Commission Slots.

Please let me know if you think this would be a fair system and also let me know what other sorts of benefits you think I should be working with. If there's enough interest in things like Patron-Only Streams or other options, I would definitely like to increase my participation here.

Answering common questions:

Scales do not expire, I will be keeping track of them in a Google Form.
