Meanwhile all the other shrunken people she had earlier are running around the min-city, which if I recall right, is still oversized to them so they can't use the cars etc by themselves. So a few work together to drive a mini car out into the apartment. Meanwhile, the poor soul that was trampled on by the mom gets out just intime for the GF to show up and BOOM he is under sole again and going for a ride. Frankie, even while shrunk, is till bigger than all the other shrunken folks gets nabbed by the mom, who as it turns out also indulges in the Giantess hobbies but doesn't recognize her niece so proceeds to use/abuse her. Then its reported the MC is missing so mom and GF go out looking and either trample the mini-tiny's in the car or that is our segway to Part 4!

The GF brings up the "family Emergency" that made the MC run off and then they start looking for him. Then we get back to surviving in the mom's sandal or maybe he slips off and is stepped on by the GF or Cousin as she is looking for him - remember she is the only one that knows he's shrunk. The cousin and the GF could start talking not realizing how close the MC is before...POP...Meanwhile mom crushes the city with all the other tiny people unaware of what she is actualy doing etc.

Maybe she's driving or goes through a tunnel etc. But also it seems more like a culminating event that comes after the first part is resolved.
