Added 2022-04-30 02:49:55 +0000 UTCCan't really keep the name buzzswole anymore, now can he? Though a pokemon from another dimension, maybe some sort of DNA experimentation, or reality distortion produced this cross.
Another one down, one more to go! I'll have a short video prepared after the last rough pass. It'll explain how I got to all of these different conclusions.
In the meantime, what do you all think? (I added on the Pangoro rough sketch to keep things in context)

I changed around a few details, like proportions. I apologize for the slowness on some of these! I've been grappling with some fatigue and eye strain. As soon as everything is finished out though, I'll have the design explanation up!
