I actually did get around to that Meowth Cross

I want to combine more than just pokemon's features, but also the pokemon's personality or history. So for this one, we're going with a noble, or elusive thief.
As always, I'll elaborate later, but I thought you all would like to see what I'm up to on my weekend down time.
