After all her clothes are wet, she takes off her sweater, squeezes the water out of it, and takes shower gel to soap her clothes, and take off her socks! Then she partially removes the top of her overalls and we can see that under it there is a green short T-shirt under which there is no bra and her nipples stand out through the wet T-shirt
