Fine tuning the details but in essence it would work like this.
So I would pop all the patreons in a draw, out comes a name and I'd message the winner asking for who they want etc. I then send the details off to the company and pay for it. The company then emails the winner for the delivery details and posts it off when it's ready.
What do you guys think? Would that work for you? If you win and didn't want it you could always decline and I'd just redraw.
Edit! On reflection redrawing if you won and didn't want it seems a bit meh. If you won and didn't want it would a set of renders be better?

In a more serious manner, glad to see that we came a long way forward with this idea :) And I kind of agree with @Huitieme on the idea of holding a poll to know who wants to participate, would be a shame to give the prize to someone who doesn't care about it imo
