Chapter Four animations
Added 2019-10-11 11:48:00 +0000 UTCWell, Sarah seems pleased that we have them. Then again, I haven't actually told her what some of those animations might involve...
Anyhoo...... I'm going to be quiet for the next few days as I and the hamster just focus on chapter completion now. However, there is one thing that I am mulling over which is, as the header says, the animations for Chapter Four.
I have six adult scenes in that chapter and, realistically, I can't animate them all - well I could, but that would delay Four even longer and I want to get back to writing and you want to get back to playing, so let's not.
I've decided that I won't animate any of the Scarlet Pirate scenes. Largely as I suspect this isn't a very well trod path anyway and so isn't a good use of the time, but also at the moment the player can leave the SP book at anytime and, by adding in animations, I'm not entirely sure whether that could cause problems. So I think she will just be staying as stills for the rest of the games run.
Trisha's scene in Four will be animated if only because this is the one I tried and failed on for Chapter Three and I want some personal closure over this. Y'know that whole "Fuck yeah! I did it after all!" sort of thing.
Which leaves me four left. Some very quick notty maths and I reckon I can do two in part or really go to town on one. The question of course is which one (or two).
I'm very minded to put it to a poll and let you guys decide - but that does leave the risk of spoilers, but I'm sure I could phrase them in such a way that I can give you enough information for a semi-informed choice.
Anyhoo, will think on.

I agree with you and others about SP and BP, a poll might be useful, it depends on how many people you think are going down the Princess and Gloria paths?

Regarding animations for chapter 4, my money would be to work on the one that seems the most difficult to you, since you like challenges so much :p

Considering the animations a poll will be fine, but I will be just as happy when you decide which scene or two scenes, based upon your choice, could use them most. Poll or your choice, you can never make everyone happy. :) Pet the render hamster for me, Curious and excited to see his work soonish. :P Edit: lol completely forgot to mention I love the Sarah pic. Bad Bad Bad me, sorry Sarah. :P
