Sorry for the silence
Added 2019-06-13 16:51:06 +0000 UTCAs I said last time, I knew things would be a bit hectic with my return to work. (good God, have you guys -any- idea how many work emails you get back to when you've been off ill for a couple of months! It's a lot. Admittedly, a lot did seem about cake or had anyone seen a pair of glasses but even so...)
So enough prattle, where are we?
Well the mini-game went out for testing (albeit later than I would have liked) and feedback on it has been entirely positive. Like very. There were some suggestions for tweaking which I'm taking on board, but everything from the sound, graphics and content suggests I've actually made a good mini-game at last! (if any of the testers want to chip in on the comments, please do so.)
As to the Chapter, I am, sadly, finding errors in the renders on the second pass. Only small ones. Honest. But after such a delay I may as well get the bloody thing right, no? After all your patience I want to give you something as close to perfect as I possibly can. I've dropped a couple of examples below so you can see what I mean - and perhaps understand why I missed them the first time around.
Exhibit A and B

Alright I've seen much worse in games released, but that's not the point. I'm not trying to emulate them.
So it's the spot rendering tango for me as I check the lot. It's a bugger as you can't batch render of course so needs keyboard time. Still, it -will- be worth it. Although there are a lot to check. Chapter Three is...big. Very. I haven't counted all the renders yet (but will) but from the dialogue alone Three is bigger than One and Two combined...
I'll be as quick as I can!

"if any of the testers want to chip in on the comments, please do so" Well, so be it. The mini game was about Sarah and the Mc going through the VR games tutorial, since the last experience was... interesting. The mini game per se is simple enough to understand with a pretty straight rewarding system (you'll see what I mean). Sarah is cute as a button and horny as a dandy :)

2019-06-14 21:28:22 +0000 UTCHeh, pretty challenging to spot what's wrong. My guess is: 1) Chris' pointing finger going little bit through her dress (or there is a hole for it, then it would be fine:P) 2) The word "actresses" is wrong. --If I didn't know I'm to look for something I wouldn't probably notice though.
2019-06-14 07:45:21 +0000 UTCGlad to hear your getting things caught up. Might as well get those defects out early instead of near the end when you might have forgotten about it. can't wait to see what the third chapter has in store. Excelsior

2019-06-14 02:08:12 +0000 UTCI'm trying really hard to spot the obvious defects in these two renders, but my eyes are not up to the task. Please drop some hints for the visually challenged.
