Well after reading lore, it's called the perversion of magic, originally dryads have female dryad children only if they breed with a human. If its a male satyr then its a 50/50 shot of it being male or female. So in this aspect I'd chalk this up to the perversion of magic again lol.

ROFL Mythical and historical or not, its still a made up creature and is only bound by the laws of the creator. Not arguing with you specifically, I am glad you like it. I just never understand that argument from people that X creature must be represented in Y way.
