They could have been flip flopped for sure, but Lemon's two brought looks were extremely strong while Eureka were good while Eureka's made look was very good while Lemon's was well done but not exciting. As for winning, while I thought Fierce had a strong package, once they started pointing out the flaws in Untucked I understand why she was clearly second.
