FYI to anyone unfamiliar with West Hollywood since I live here - it is its own small city with the highest population of gay, lesbian, bi and trans people per square mile in the US. It was founded as a city to help keep LGBTQ people safe from the abusive LA police from decades ago, and it has ever since used the LA County Sheriff's Dept instead of the LAPD. So Shawn is being a gay fuckboy doing drugs and hooking up a lot without working much- all party and no work. That's what Enty is saying in his semi-veiled way, but it really wasn't very veiled at all.
