A few words about Barbie Breakout, since I am not sure if you know about her. She is a German author, podcaster and activist. In 2013 she created quite a media moment when she actually sewed her lips together in front of a camera as a protest against Russian's law change regarding LGBTQ+ rights. She does drag for like 20 years or longer and is very open and progressive (is that the right word?) with being HIV positive. Therefore, her talking to The Only Naomy about the red ribbon she was wearing, was a very personal moment for her, too. She may not be the most famous drag queen in Germany mediawise, but pretty much everybody I talked to is very, very happy about her being the host of this show. I think she is the most politicial host we ever had, and at the same time just such a warm and lovable person.
