2021-09-19 20:56:38 +0000 UTCI looked up Tegretol (don't know if that was the medicine found), and it can also be used for anxiety. How many sleeping pills were found in her stomach? Maybe she took low doses of such pills for anxiety, if she truly was running and hiding. I think those were the days before psychiatric drugs other than powerful sedatives. So maybe she got hold of an epilepsy medication which also worked for anxiety? (And took it with a couple of sleeping pills -- which probably in those days were barbiturates?) But if someone dosed her with it...(my first thought), it could've made her legs feel very heavy, and her feel subdued. But if they found a pill bottle, then presumably she sought the pills. If she took sleeping pills (one or two) to sleep, or was sleeping, why was she found in clothes and not nightgown/pajamas/whatever. I'm just wondering about the details, if those were ever fully released.
