2021-09-08 21:44:14 +0000 UTCI think it might stem from Erika's odd comments after playing Two Truths/One Lie in Tahoe...She gave as her 3: Adopted, Worked for the mafia, Wore a wire & was a witness in a gov't case (odd choices for someone not wanting her hubby's situation to be discussed, imo). After the girls incorrectly guessed "adopted (stepfather adopted her)," she didn't specify which was the lie, but IIRC when someone suggested the wire one must be false, she made a weirdly sassy "Oh, honey, you have no idea what I've had to do" TYPE of comment and face. I remember thinking at the time that it seemed odd for her to add that, as she could have been off the hook, or at least left them speculating. Instead, it revved the rumors she had worked vs. Tom. Apparently, she had worked with casino people in the past, though, which is what Enty and Dana were discussing. I'm not sure, as I hadn't really followed the show for years, but caught this episode.
